I stayed at Hotel Duomo for a week as a solo traveler and it was perfect. The location was unbeatable, with easy access to sites, museums, and great restaurants. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and super helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety and coffee/tea available throughout the day. The view from the lobby patio area, overlooking the Duomo, was stunning.

Would highly recommend this hotel.

Special hotel, breakfast each day was varied and the location very close to the Duomo was ideal. Air conditioned rooms, breathtaking views of the "triple room with a view ", the staff was professional.

Every detail was amazing, including location and staff, I loved how immaculately clean the hotel was. The breakfast had lots of food, like coffee, cakes and scrambled eggs. The beds were not very comfortable here, nevertheless it was a really lovely stay all in all.

Located in a great area, close to the main tourist attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, with a decent-sized shower. The staff provided good service and the breakfast was satisfactory.

The air conditioning was not very effective, which made for a slightly uncomfortable stay during the hot summer.

This hotel is located in the heart of the city center near the Duomo cathedral, making it the perfect base for exploring all the major attractions of the city. The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable, with breathtaking views of the Duomo right outside our window. We even had a balcony overlooking the Duomo, which was a nice touch. The staff at this hotel were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist us. They provided excellent service and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast at this hotel was delicious and had a charming view of the duomo. We enjoyed the complementary cappuccino and the variety of options included.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the center and very close to the Duomo church. The rooms are lovely and clean, with some offering a magnificent view of the cathedral. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area.

The shower temperature cannot be controlled, which could be inconvenient for some guests.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Duomo in Florence. The location was absolutely perfect, right by the famous Duomo and within walking distance of all the major tourist sights. The staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to assist with any requests. The room was clean and comfortable, with nice toiletries provided. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of freshly prepared pies, quiches, and cakes, as well as a fruit salad and made-to-order pancakes. The view from my room was stunning, with a balcony to enjoy the sights. I highly recommend this hotel for its amazing location, friendly staff, and great amenities.

The hotel is located right across from Il Duomo, providing spectacular views and easy access to all the major attractions of Florence. The rooms offer a terrific view of the Duomo, making your stay truly special. The breakfast at this hotel is outstanding, with a wide selection of options, including desserts and even red wine.

Clean and comfortable rooms with complimentary drinks and snacks in the mini fridge. Enjoyable breakfast with a delightful collection of travel books in the breakfast room. Nice lounge area and balcony to relax.

The staff at this hotel were amazing! They were efficient, welcoming, and super helpful throughout our stay. the location of the hotel was also a big plus. It was really convenient to get to all the major attractions in the city, including Michelangelo's 'David' which was just a 7-minute walk away. the rooms were clean and modern, and I especially loved having a balcony in my room. Another highlight was the delicious breakfast with a variety of options to choose from.

I don't really have any negative aspects to mention about this hotel. However, if you're a light sleeper, you might want to bring earplugs as the bells of the nearby cathedral can be heard from early morning.

From our room, we were blessed with the most breathtaking view of the Duomo in the heart of the Piazza del Duomo. The bell tower chiming its soothing melody added to the calm. Hotel Duomo's amazing location puts you 10-15 minutes walk away from the train station and surrounded by cafes and eateries. Breakfast was delicious with cold and hot food selections. I'd recommend Duomo Firenze.

During our Christmas stay, we really enjoyed the free minibar in our room and the 24-hour lounge with complimentary coffee and snacks. the location was also perfect, with stunning views of the famous cathedral just steps away.

The size of our room, which was smaller than expected. we found the 18th-century lift used to access the hotel reception to be a bit inconvenient.
